Health Guarantee

Taking care of your kitten is super important to us! We have done our best to ensure healthy, well-bred kittens. We have them checked by our licensed veterinarian and provide needed vaccinations. Make sure to get your little one checked out by a licensed vet within the first week. If your kitten gets checked out and is found to be unhealthy—which could really impact its life—you have a couple of options: 1) You can return the kitten for a full refund, or 2) You can get a replacement kitten. Just a heads up, we need veterinary documents showing all charges and the microchip ID. Travel and veterinary costs aren’t covered.

Our adult parents are DNA tested and found free of 50+ genetic problems to ensure healthy kittens for our owners. Our kittens come with a Genetic Guarantee until their second birthday. If your kitten unfortunately passes away due to a disease that might have a strong genetic link, we’ll replace it for you. A licensed vet needs to diagnose the problem, and you’ll need to give me that paperwork so I can pass it on to my vet or one of our specialists. Don’t forget, the microchip ID is a must! Replacement doesn’t cover travel costs or veterinary expenses.
